WSO2 WSF/PHP Demo Site - Terms of Service
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLIED TO WSO2 WSF/PHP DEMO SITE ACCOUNTS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF WSO2 WSF/PHP DEMO SITE TERMS
Welcome to WSO2 WSF/PHP Demo Site hosted at http://labs.wso2.org/wsf/php (Hereafter the "Demo Site")! By requesting a membership account on the Demo Site, you agree to these terms, and you further agree to comply with the Demo Site Community Guidelines (Hereafter the "Community Guidelines") located at http://labs.wso2.org/wsf/php/guidelines.php.
WSO2 Inc. (Herefater the "Company"), as the owner of the Demo Site, reserves the right to update and change these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference at any time. You can always find the most recent version of the Terms at http://labs.wso2.org/wsf/php/terms.php.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
2.1 WSO2 WSF/PHP DEMO SITE
The Demo Site provides members to comment, rate and login to demo application whenever the login is required by the demo. The Company reserves the right to remove or bar a member for any reason, such as non-compliance with the Demo Site Community Guidelines.
3. THE DEMO SITE ACCOUNTS
To participate in the Demo Site, you must have a valid email address. In consideration of your use of the Demo Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Compnay has the right to suspend or terminate your Demo Site account and delete any information or content therein without liability to the Company.
By providing a valid email address you agree that the Company may contact you at that address for purposes of managing and maintaining your Demo Site account. In addition the Company reserves the right to send announcements regarding the Demo Site, products and services of the Company, to that account. The Company will not sell your email address or provide it to third parties without your prior approval.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 General Terms
The Demo Site is currently a free service. The Company retains the right to cease offering free memberships at any time, to transition current accounts to paid subscriptions, to convert existing features to premium (paid) features, or to introduce new premium features. Current users of the Demo Site are under no obligation to subscribe to a paid account, in which case the Demo Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member account.
4.2 Cancellation of Membership
Memberships can be cancelled online at any time. Any difficulty encountered with deleting a membership account should be addressed to the Demo Site support group, whose contact information can be found at http://labs.wso2.org/wsf/php/support.php.
5. DEMO SITE'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
The Company expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, delete content from, suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Demo Site or any other service run by the Company, if the Company in its sole discretion believes you have: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of these Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines. In such event, your Demo Site account may be suspended or cancelled immediately in our discretion, all the information and content contained within it will be deleted permanently and you will not be entitled to any refund of any of the amounts you've paid for such account. The Company accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted.
The Company also reserves the right to cease offering the the Demo Site service, temporarily or permanently, at any time.
6. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of and access to the Demo Site, your violation of the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines, your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
7. PRIVACY

8. AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR USE OF THE DEMO SITE
The Demo Site is available for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18, you should review these terms and conditions with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Demo Site provides the capacity to store and host member content, including PHP demos, HTML interfaces, images and other media, and any other document type. You understand that by uploading and creating content on the Demo Site, that you are the copyright holder or licensee of that content, and by posting that content on the Demo Site, you agree to make that content available under the Apache 2.0 license (http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) which allows the content to be used, copied, and modified freely by others. The Company reserves the right to provide facilities to apply other types of licenses to user-generated content in the future.
10. LOCATION OF LAWSUIT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service you agree in case of a legal dispute to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California.
